Sandy Ford's Sweet Petunia Sisters Series

In this series there are four sisters that can do anything they want because no one ever told them they couldn't. They love to wear or be surrounded with pattern on pattern designs and have a sense of humor. They seem to follow a lot of the same philosophies that Sandy follows. Sandy calls them affectionately "the girls." As the series progressed Sandy kept adding more animals as people kept asking her where is this or that animal. Many people keep asking when is the lawyer, or beauty salon or biker coming. (Probably when it strikes her fancy.)
